30 Self-Care Ideas

I think there is a slight misconception that self-care needs to cost a lot of money or take a lot of time. While it easily could do both of those things if you’d like it to, it is more about intentionally making an effort to show yourself a little extra love.

Self-care can look different to different people, and that is okay. Mine and Julian’s self-care routines tend to be different. I like painting my nails or reading a good book and he enjoys sitting outside on our patio or cleaning. Even though we might not do those exact things every day, we do try to make sure to prioritize some time each day for ourselves, even if it is only 5 or 15 minutes.

Here is a list of activities that don’t necessarily cost a lot and can easily be incorporated into a day to make sure you have a few moments for yourself.
